Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment programs centered on trauma recovery, resilience building, and holistic well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to foster healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and encourage emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, including those diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma. Our clientele often seeks assistance navigating their emotional and psychological challenges, and your expertise will play a critical role in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.

• A profound understanding of trauma, trauma-informed therapy techniques, and interventions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a nonjudgmental and supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in trauma-focused therapy settings, although less experience may be considered for exceptional candidates.
