Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a strong support network with our team. The clinic operates primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and some flexibility in your schedule may be requested to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic experiences and develop effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care, coordinating treatment efforts and sharing insights to drive better outcomes.

• Respond effectively in crisis situations by providing immediate support and crisis intervention techniques for trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and coping mechanisms to enhance their understanding and awareness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards regarding patient care and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is mandatory.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient interactions.

• Possess proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance efficiency in documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma therapy preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year , commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
