Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients’ histories and establish effective treatment plans.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies geared towards trauma recovery, integrating therapeutic methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing trauma processing, coping skills development, and ways to encourage healing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to create a cohesive care plan for patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
