Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues, utilizing various diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations tailored to client needs, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions via telehealth, providing ongoing support and adapting approaches as necessary based on client progression.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, regularly assessing and modifying treatment as appropriate.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining confidentiality.

• Participate in continual professional development activities to refine clinical skills, stay informed about emerging practices, and contribute to team knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a warm and trusting environment for clients.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills for handling caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
