Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to identify their specific stressors, life challenges, and personal growth goals. Tailor mindfulness practices and therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness techniques, guiding clients through meditation, breathing exercises, and other practices to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Develop and conduct group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building, fostering community and connection among participants.

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, such as MBSR, to support clients in achieving stress reduction, increased relaxation, and improved overall mental health.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness strategies employed, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including personal mindfulness practice and advanced training in mindfulness techniques to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
