Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, offering support for a variety of client concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver high-quality therapy, including documentation of sessions and maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to refine treatment strategies and optimize care delivery.

• Design therapeutic interventions based on client assessments and progress, while addressing immediate concerns and setting long-term goals.

• Implement evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in virtual settings to ensure effective client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training, supervision, and participation in case discussions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) or the ability to obtain licensure upon hiring.

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in individual, family, or group therapy, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in engaging with diverse client populations, showcasing strong cultural competence.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
