Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and promoting resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to foster healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to express emotions and share experiences.

• Engage in collaborative case management with psychiatrists and fellow clinicians to ensure an integrated treatment approach for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering support and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping strategies, enriching their understanding of healing processes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional training sessions centered around trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of individuals affected by trauma, including those battling PTSD, complex trauma histories, and associated mental health challenges. Your expertise will directly contribute to transforming clients' lives, supporting them as they navigate the intricacies of trauma recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a preferred background in trauma-focused therapies.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a non-judgmental, empathetic approach towards clients.

• Calm and composed demeanor in high-stress situations, vital for crisis management.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise will be compensated in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
