Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, offering flexibility while engaging with our hospice center. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing you the freedom to craft your schedule between 10 to 40 hours per week, thus promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial, comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and their families, ensuring precise classification for appropriate care pathways.

• Document assessments and treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams through regular meetings and patient rounds to ensure continuity of care.

• Utilize your advanced knowledge of psychosocial issues to address the comprehensive needs of patients spanning various demographics.

• Offer case management, consulting with internal and external community professionals, and coordinating resources for the best outcomes for your patients.

• Ethically manage and complete documentation promptly, meeting departmental standards for efficiency and transparency.

• Implement evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet the specific needs outlined in patient service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups facing various mental health challenges. Our outpatient setting allows you to work with adolescents, adults, and families, providing tailored interventions to enhance their emotional and psychological wellness. You’ll be entrusted with guiding your patients through their specific mental health journeys, paving paths for recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

To join our team, candidates must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field is required, along with at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Although two years of experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with experience in outpatient counseling settings and proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities will be favorably considered. Experience working with a multidisciplinary team is an advantage, as is familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000, based on your experience and credentials.
