Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and thorough assessments to understand new clients' needs, establishing an appropriate baseline for treatment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to effectively address complex emotional and behavioral issues.

• Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes, discharge summaries, and case management records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide ongoing consultation and training to facility staff, enhancing their understanding and ability to respond to mental health needs comprehensively.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to develop preventive mental health services and build resources for client support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care that aligns with current clinical practices and client preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, demonstrating your qualifications to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services and crisis management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
