Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harford Therapeutic & Anxiety Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients by establishing and nurturing rapport, fostering therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and professional ethics.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, maintain stability, and discuss upcoming appointments, including appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans catered to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client interaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Performing intake assessments to evaluate new clients and shape their treatment paths.

• Leading individual therapy sessions, tailored to address the emotional and psychological needs of clients.

• Participating in regular individual supervision to discuss cases and clinical strategies, thus promoting a culture of professional growth and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
