Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals while building rapport to create a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment goals as necessary.

• Engage in regular supervision, peer discussions, and team meetings to ensure continuous professional development and to remain informed of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
