Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar mental health counseling role.

Preferred Experience\n

While no prior experience in a telehealth setting is required, candidates who have previously worked in remote counseling environments will be given preference. Familiarity with online therapy platforms and digital communication best practices will also be valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a signing bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
