Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining strong professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, address any concerns, and discuss upcoming appointments and discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that cater to clients’ unique needs and circumstances.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation through timely progress notes and updates, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Perform intake assessments to gather necessary information and establish an effective treatment framework.
\n
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional growth and support.
\n
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.

• Experience in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Experience with telehealth services, particularly in a remote therapy context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our organization operates on a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates that provide timely payments without the wait for reimbursement.
