Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Applying a variety of mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to develop initial and subsequent treatment plans, including discharge planning.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of therapy services provided to each client, adhering to the facility’s and professional standards of practice.

• Demonstrating a positive, empathetic approach towards clients and addressing any concerns or complaints effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of relevant counseling experience and have worked with clients across the lifespan. Proficiency in evidence-based practices and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous in this role.
