Work Environment\n

This role is uniquely designed for a remote setting, allowing flexibility and adaptability in managing your workload while ensuring high-quality therapy sessions. Our center operates Monday through Saturday, giving clinicians the autonomy to create and manage their schedules effectively. You will have access to in-house credentialing support and streamlined management of insurance participation, thus allowing you to focus solely on your patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions suited to client needs.

• Perform initial evaluations and triage care based on assessment findings, ensuring clients receive the appropriate level of support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication, participating in meetings and documentation to enhance the treatment plans for your clients.

• Exhibit a sound understanding of the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients across various demographic segments.

• Provide thorough case management for your assigned clients by consulting and collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources, thereby ensuring comprehensive care.

• Uphold ethical standards by completing timely documentation and maintaining accurate records in accordance with departmental expectations.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities as part of your therapeutic toolkit to address clients’ unique challenges and guide them toward achieving their personalized service plans.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required, with demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
