Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs, goals, and history.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. Your contribution will play an essential role in improving their overall well-being and enhancing their coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct client experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong client engagement and effective collaboration with colleagues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
