Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients who face various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use issues. A strong understanding of cultural competencies is essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients from different backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) issued by the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency across various patient populations.

• Exceptional understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the ability to apply culturally responsive therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
