Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's mental health concerns, setting the foundation for accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, tailored to address each client's distinct challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Provide timely and compassionate crisis intervention, ensuring clients in acute distress receive the support they need while effectively managing safety protocols.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to both ethical guidelines and legal requirements to foster trust and accountability.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care that meets the full spectrum of our clients' mental health needs.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, acting as a pivotal advocate for their rights and needs.

• Pursue continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultation to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Client Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health conditions. These may encompass anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. Your work will help them navigate difficult situations while fostering a therapeutic environment of trust and support.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!
