Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to evaluate client mental health needs effectively.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling as well as group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Keep comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with health regulations and ethical standards, documenting progress notes and treatment adjustments.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment plan for clients.

As an LPC at Vision in Mind Counseling Center, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
