Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish baseline mental health conditions of clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their individual needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients’ goals, therapeutic needs, and preferred intervention strategies, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as required.

• Provide individual and group counseling services using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

• Facilitate a holistic approach to care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential with sign-on bonuses.
