Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using recognized evidence-based practices to develop tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring each client’s privacy and security.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment outcomes, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
