Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Develop customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as couple and group counseling, ensuring an engaging and supportive experience.

• Teach clients effective coping mechanisms, self-care techniques, and problem-solving strategies that empower them to manage their mental health.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and well-rounded care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of clients’ therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports to comply with legal and ethical standards.

This role encompasses a diverse client population characteristic of the Pittsburgh area. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds and life experiences, each presenting unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing individual, couple, and group counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to all counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
