Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client mental health statuses, identifying strengths and areas needing support.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches to help clients work through challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with a diverse client population.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and cultural competence in treatment practices.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
