Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and identify appropriate treatment methods.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs focused on trauma recovery and resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process their experiences, fostering coping strategies that promote healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and caregiving professionals, to provide comprehensive, integrated care.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, enhancing their understanding and capability to manage challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
