Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging with clients through our Telehealth platform. While the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand client needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other advanced techniques to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive care strategies that address clients' holistic needs.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care and share best practices amongst colleagues.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the mental health field to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from adolescents to adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, understanding the nuances of individual experiences, and tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs, thus directly impacting their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania is essential.

• Ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques effectively, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of each individual client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n
