Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and behavioral health needs.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and create customized treatment plans based on individual client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Empower clients with coping mechanisms, self-care strategies, and life skills that enable them to handle stressors and improve their overall mental health.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor their progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Document all counseling sessions and maintain accurate, confidential records per legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
