Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster connection and support among clients. You will create engaging environments to encourage sharing, understanding, and mutual learning.

• Providing one-on-one individual counseling aimed at helping clients explore their emotions, identify behavioral patterns, and develop effective coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborating with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and designed to address specific mental health issues, ensuring that clients are active participants in their own recovery process.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress through regular assessments and feedback methods, maintaining detailed records that reflect each client’s journey.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, including regular communication and collaboration on complex cases to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. This age group often faces unique challenges related to transitions in life, identity exploration, and establishing independence, making your role critical in guiding them through these formative years.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and an approach to therapy that is empathetic and client-centered.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
