Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess their psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with the client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, and person-centered therapy.

• Facilitate family and couples counseling sessions, focusing on improving communication and resolving conflict.

• Record and maintain detailed documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Adhere to all confidentiality protocols, maintaining the trust and safety of clients at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting a broad spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
