Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary role will be to support young adults aged 18-30 who participate in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate structured group sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, learn from one another, and build community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing empathetic techniques to help clients navigate their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that target their unique needs, ensuring that each plan is goal-oriented and adaptable.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate client progress through the use of assessment tools, ensuring optimal outcomes and adapting treatment approaches as necessary.

Qualifications\n
