This remote position offers flexibility in your work settings, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. We operate our telehealth services Monday through Saturday, allowing for dynamic scheduling that fits your availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to understand their unique mental health needs and conditions.

• Utilize clinical interventions within your scope of practice, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular case management activities that require collaboration with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant clinical information in a timely and ethical manner, adhering to the organization's and regulatory standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient rounds to discuss treatment progress and adapt care plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population, with clients ranging from children to adults, each facing various mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. Your ability to connect with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance will significantly contribute to their outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working directly with clients in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy within a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with online therapy platforms and tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, determined by your credentials and experience.
