Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through initial consultations and ongoing sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns. This may include adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and eating disorders. As a key member of our team, your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and with varying life experiences will be crucial in fostering therapeutic rapport and effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure in the state of New Jersey as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working as a licensed mental health professional.

• A deep understanding of a range of mental health disorders and the ability to apply evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and cultural competence in therapy.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
