Work Environment\n

This position is a fully remote role, allowing you the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your home while ensuring optimal work-life balance. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, during regular business hours, emphasizing our commitment to promoting a healthy working environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms, focusing on the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorders on their daily lives.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client. This may include setting therapeutic goals and revising care strategies as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment pathways, and self-care strategies to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

• Cognitively monitor clients’ progress, documenting significant changes and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for each client.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest research, effective treatment modalities, and best practices related to mental health.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and share insights within the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and allied medical professionals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive clinical outcomes in treating mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills with a capacity to establish rapport and connect with clients from varying cultural backgrounds.
