Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and treatment requirements.

• Create personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual goals and wellness paths.

• Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize teletherapy tools for effective remote consultations, providing a comfortable and accessible space for clients to engage in their therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when needed, offering support and solutions to clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will work to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with each individual, incorporating a client-centered approach that empowers them on their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to convey empathy and understanding in all interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to maintain a productive client caseload.

• A clean disciplinary record with the state licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
