Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

• Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and modify treatment plans in response to clients' evolving situations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including healthcare providers and community resources to ensure continuity of care and effective discharge planning.
\n
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to support clients through their challenges.
\n
• Make appropriate referrals to external services, such as support groups and specialized treatment programs, as necessary to enhance client well-being.

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, adhering to the ethical guidelines outlined in the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Engage in ongoing communication with patients and their families to ensure a holistic approach to care that addresses all aspects of their mental health journey.

• Act as an advocate for clients, identifying potential barriers to care and coordinating with external agencies to find optimal solutions.

• Stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding the complexity of each individual's situation, you will help create tailored interventions that promote resilience and positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated understanding of community mental health resources and the ability to connect clients to vital services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
