Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Engagement: Conduct virtual counseling sessions efficiently using video chat. Ensure each session is a safe space for clients to express their feelings and concerns.

• Ongoing Assessments: Regularly assess client mental health status and needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Skills Development: Assist clients in developing essential coping mechanisms, problem-solving tactics, and effective communication skills, aiding them in navigating life's challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing everyday life challenges. These individuals often seek guidance in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, and your role will be central to helping them create actionable strategies for improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychology Doctorate (PsyD).

• Candidates must possess independent licensure with no supervision required and maintain a clean disciplinary record.

• Proficiency in technology and strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a stable Wi-Fi connection for virtual counseling.
