Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to achieve desired client outcomes.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring and adapting treatment strategies to align with their progression and changing needs.

• Facilitate engaging teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients while maintaining a high standard of care.

• Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer consultations to stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and enrich your clinical skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required, with preference given to candidates with advanced degrees (master’s or doctoral level).

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients of various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, allowing for effective management of your caseload and integration of administrative duties.

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
