Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular session meetups to assess client progress, discussing challenges and achievements, and determining suitable timelines for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation, including progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and legal compliance.

Qualifications\n
