Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately gauge clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness techniques.

• Evaluate and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing client feedback and progress, continuously striving for best outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, utilizing our secure electronic health record system.

• Refer clients to additional specialists when necessary, ensuring they receive holistic care that addresses all aspects of their mental well-being.

• Engage consistently with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages openness and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our center focuses on serving underserved populations, offering culturally sensitive and responsive care tailored to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
