Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, employing standardized tools to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals and groups using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate actively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary team members to create a cohesive care strategy that reflects the client’s goals and improves overall treatment efficacy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to manage emergency situations.

• Engage proactively in community outreach initiatives, hosting workshops and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse range of clients, including adults, families, and adolescents, facing a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
