Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health status of clients during initial and ongoing sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and a commitment to using evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and the ability to manage challenging situations with poise and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n
