This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors to connect with clients in a flexible setting that promotes comfort and accessibility. While you will be working independently, you will remain closely integrated into our multidisciplinary team, participating in regular virtual meetings to discuss cases and enhance collaborative treatment planning. You will utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation, ensuring a streamlined process for tracking client progress and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health status, including identifying symptoms and client history through detailed interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique diagnosis, preferences, and therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging and insightful therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy while applying culturally responsive techniques to meet varied client backgrounds.

• Provide ongoing support and tools to clients during regular follow-ups, helping them to address and manage their mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and more.

• Ensure continuity of care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, facilitating referrals when necessary to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring a clear record of each client's therapy progress and treatment modifications.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in providing mental health counseling.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing both individual and group therapy techniques that are culturally responsive and inclusive.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
