Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies, ensuring alignment with clients' aspirations.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients through teletherapy, maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, responding effectively to clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops to stay abreast of mental health best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities and effective time management skills to balance client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, ideally focusing on teletherapy or remote mental health counseling.
