Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients in the postpartum phase who are experiencing various mental health challenges. This may involve working with new mothers, fathers, and families, addressing issues such as postpartum depression, anxiety, relationship stressors, and overall adjustment to parenthood. With your specialized knowledge, you will play an essential role in helping clients navigate these transitional times and develop resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure in Texas as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working as a therapist, preferably with a focus on maternal and family mental health.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.

• A strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• A solid understanding of current evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to maternal mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates with additional training or certifications in maternal mental health, such as the Postpartum Support International certification or similar credentials. Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT or DBT, will be considered an asset. Additionally, familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools is preferred, as it is essential for providing effective remote support.

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
