Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with women and their families as they experience the mental health challenges associated with pregnancy and postpartum periods. Your therapy will address issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, empowering clients to achieve emotional wellness and resilience during a significant transition in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• An advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in therapy, particularly with maternal mental health.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with the broader team environment.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based mental health treatment methodologies relevant to maternal and postpartum care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
