Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique history and develop appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Apply advanced therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to aid patients in processing their traumatic experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure that care is holistic and meets the multifaceted needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients receive timely interventions when they are at their most vulnerable.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
