Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, establishing a thorough understanding of individual needs and backgrounds.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health concerns effectively.

• Manage essential documentation, including billing and individualized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping within specified time frames.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that support patients in maintaining stable, healthy lifestyles.

• Create thoughtful and collaborative discharge plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training opportunities and continued education to enhance clinical skills.

• Actively participate in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a unified approach to patient care.

• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training to uphold clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
