This full-time, remote position is designed for professionals specializing in mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexible, remote work while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours required on a rotational basis. We utilize state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to deliver effective therapy sessions, ensuring that our clients have access to the mental health support they need, no matter where they are.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' conditions, examining the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for mood disorders.

• Educate and support clients and their families about mood disorders, including discussing treatment options and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and assess clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.

• Stay updated on the latest research and treatment developments in mood disorders to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of assessments, session notes, and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continual learning opportunities to sharpen clinical skills and promote best practices in therapeutic treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
