Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and challenges.
\n
• Providing individualized therapeutic services, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Creating and updating personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies tailored to each client.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and progress within 24 hours to ensure compliance and maintain accurate health records.

• Participating in weekly peer case consultations to discuss complex cases, share best practices, and collaborate on treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting adult individuals and couples facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our counselors are committed to providing compassionate care and tailored therapeutic approaches that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• An active and independent licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and a strong understanding of telehealth practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapies or advanced training in mental health practices will be given preferential consideration. Experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
