Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to clearly identify and understand each client's needs, formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family counseling, ensuring interventions are customized to address each client's specific goals and circumstances.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to provide support in critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance clients’ overall support network.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources—empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and relevant literature to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in one of the following areas: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic practices, with strong analytical skills.

• At least two years of related experience in a mental health or clinical setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering strong therapeutic rapport with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
