Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing trusting relationships and fostering therapeutic alliances, all while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and overall well-being. Facilitate discussions about upcoming appointments and assist in the discharge process when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client to ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitate intake assessments to understand new clients' needs, histories, and objectives for counseling.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices to provide the best outcomes for clients.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, obtain feedback, and ensure client safety.

Qualifications\n

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is expected.
